Product Description

Developed for use in oil and gas transport systems, the AC2056 valve body emphasizes mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and surface durability. Produced through high-pressure die casting, each component undergoes initial deburring and polishing to remove flash and surface contaminants. Flat shot blasting follows, enhancing surface uniformity and preparing the substrate for coating.

Prior to painting, key areas are precisely machined using a dual-station CNC process to ensure tolerance control. The body is then coated with RAL9007 grey aluminum powder, providing consistent appearance and strong resistance to corrosion and environmental wear. A second round of CNC finishing is applied to refine sealing surfaces and mounting zones after coating, ensuring tight assembly compatibility.

All products are thoroughly cleaned and 100% inspected before packing and delivery.
